in the design and manufacture of consumer products and the machinery
to produce such as: Bicycles, Wheelchairs, Rotary Lawn Mowers, Motorcycles,
Motor Scooters, Playground Equipment, and Stainless steel medical
products.
His vast experience of more than fifty years makes him
the foremost in the field of experts for litigation of accidents caused
by defective consumer products. His accident reconstruction experience
is outstanding. He is considered by his peers to be number one in
solving industry problems. His experience with standards is unmatched
in the bicycle industry, having been the co-author of BMA/6, the forerunner
of the CONSUMER PRODUCT SAFETY COMMISSION regulations for bicycles.
Professor Ross currently serves as an active voting member
of ASTM Bicycle Standards Committee, updating existing bicycle standards
and creating new standards.
